Software Subsystem Integration Engineer

We are seeking a talented and innovative Software subsystem/integration engineer to join our team and work on the development of next-generation powertrain control software. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software systems, integration, configuration, and testing, a passion for automotive technology, and a drive to push the boundaries of innovation in the field.

 What you’ll be able to do:

·         Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate control systems for automotive applications

·         Conduct testing, validation, and optimization of control systems for automotive applications

·         Analyze data, identify issues, and develop solutions to enhance software performance and efficiency

·         Stay current on industry trends and advancements in control systems for automotive applications

Skills Required:

·         Bachelor's in Control Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

·         3+ years of proven experience in integrating control systems for automotive applications

·         Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, MATLAB, or Simulink

·         Familiar with configuration management tools such as ClearCase and/or GitHub*****

·         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

·         Excellent communication, teamwork, and project management abilities

Skills Preferred:

·         Knowledge of vehicle powertrain systems and diagnostic protocols.

·         Knowledge of automation scripting including GitHub Actions and Jenkins.

·         Experience with development and diagnostic tools.

·         Previous experience in developing algorithms for powertrain controls.

·         Familiarity with hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) and software-in-the-loop (SIL) testing methodologies.

·         Experience with data analysis and visualization tools for development and verification purposes.

Experience Required:

·         2-3 years

Education Required:

·         BSCS, BSEE, BSCE
