RedMatter Solutions, a leader in providing cybersecurity advisory services and implementing zero trust solutions is seeking a Senior ICAM Solutions Architect who is passionate about the identity & access management space and helping customers tackle complex challenges.  Our team is composed of engineers, developers, and architects who are equally motivated in designing and developing creative solutions.

Technical and Product Skills Required

• Demonstrated ICAM experiences with similar responsibilities for at least 8 years
• Hands on experience with identity and access management technologies from leading vendors including Microsoft, SailPoint, Okta, and Ping
• Knowledge of and experience with architecting solutions adhering to Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, and Federal Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) policies, directives, and standards including:
  • Executive Order 14028 and OMB M 22-09
• Experience briefing customers, stakeholders, and corporate leadership with technical solutions and proposals
• Experience in the decomposition of requirements, use cases, and needs into a technical design, applying user-centric and test-driven design approaches
• Demonstrated ability to work successfully in a team and independently
• Self-motivated, innovative thinker with experience developing and managing a system roadmap or enhancement plan/backlog
• Strong attention to detail; highly organized
• Deep understanding of both cloud and on-premises infrastructure concepts, including: compute resources, networking, security, load balancing, operating systems (Linux and others), web and application servers, databases, and storage
• Understanding of how to architect a system for high availability and fault tolerance
• Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to tailor your messaging to technical and non-technical audiences
• Proficiency with MS Office Products (Word, Excel, Visio, & PowerPoint)

Preferred

• Certification and/or experience with access management technologies from Ping, Okta, Microsoft, Forge Rock, etc.
• Certifications and/or Experience with Directory Services and Virtual Directory Services including RadiantLogic
• Certifications and/or Experience with PAM technologies including CyberArk, Thycotic, Symantec, etc.
• Cloud Solutions Architect certifications preferred - including Azure, AWS, and GCP

Job Function and Daily Responsibilities

• Develops and modifies complex systems to support ICAM programs for our customers
• Experience Deploying ZScaler or another Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) Solution
• Work with senior leadership to develop our ICAM capabilities and service offerings
• Work on-site in person at RedMatter offices and customer locations as needed in support of our firm and customers
• Lead, train, and develop junior team members 
• Participate in proposal capture, development, and management activities as part of the leadership and business development team within the firm
• Develop and manage relationships with vendors and industry partners to identify new opportunities
• Applies analytical techniques when gathering information from users, defining work problems, designing systems, and developing procedures to resolve problems
• Provides technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology solutions we build and implement for our customers
• Incorporates new plans, designs and systems into ongoing operations to sustain services for our customers
• Develops technical documentation and presentations
• Guides system development and implementation planning through assessment or preparation of system engineering management plans and system integration and test plans
• Interacts with customer staff regarding systems engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues or conflicts
