Direct Hire, Operations Supervisor $70K(DOE)
Monday – Friday, 09:00 a.m. – 05:00 p.m., 7 Hours/day
Location: El Segundo, CA
Requirements of the Operations Supervisor:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- At least 5 years experience in operation support, accounting, and administrative field
- Accounting experience is a big plus
- Experience in supervising a team of people
- Project management and organizational skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attentive to detail and punctual
- Japanese bilingual skill is a big plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Responsibilities of the Operations Supervisor:
- Manages the daily operations of the operation control team
- Oversees the resource allocation and workflow of all support activities
- Work closely with vendors and carriers
- Demonstrate leadership in the improvement of operations and business reform
- Other related duties will be assigned
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
