Role and Responsibilities:

We are looking for a QA testing professional to assess software quality through manual and automated testing. You will be responsible for finding and reporting bugs and glitches. You would work closely with teams across the company in Development, QA, Implementation, and Support to provide input and testing assistance through the software development life cycle.

What you will be doing:

·       Executing manual test cases on assigned tickets, analyze results, and document findings.

·       Analyze ticket and system specifications for new and existing functionality

·       Use tools and checklist provided by the QA Department to develop test plans for JIRA development tickets

·       Maintenance and continued development of automated regression testing using scripting and keyword testing

·       Executing existing automated regression tests and analyzing results

·       Create defect tickets

·       Troubleshoot issues

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

Experience in entry level development or QA testing

Familiarity with Agile testing and Regression testing is a plus

Automated Testing or script code writing experience preferred.

Working knowledge of test management software (TestComplete, JIRA) and SQL

Banking experience working with Loan Origination Systems is a plus.

BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance or a related field preferred.
