This position is for outpatient mental health treatment working with all ages. The majority of our referrals are for working with children and families, which will be a requirement for the position. Training will be provided for those that do not currently have education or experience in working with children and their families.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide therapy for individuals, couples, children, and families.
• Maintain up to date treatment plans and documentation of services provided within insurance-required time frames for documentation.
• Work with other providers both in the organization and in other organizations to coordinate care for patients.
• Update schedules, CPT codes, and attendance status for patients that you see.
• Lead groups as needed.
• Manage paperwork and basic office responsibilities.

Qualifications and Skills

• Master's degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or Psychology
• A clean background check
• Hold a current license in the state of Idaho as a mental health provider
