SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
This professional staff person is responsible for coordinating and performing a wide variety of Human Resources functions including recruitment, employee onboarding, benefits, employee file maintenance, and other functions as required. Bilingual in Spanish is a must. Must live in the Dallas, TX Metroplex area.
REQUIREMENTS:
- PARTNER: You will be a proactive partner with leadership to provide guidance on HR policies/procedures and government/state/local laws and regulations.
- TEAMMATE RELATIONS: You will provide support, guidance and framework, on HR related matters, to allow managers to make informed decisions. You will assist managers, as needed, to navigate conflicts and find balanced solutions, through strategic thinking, conflict resolution, and de-escalation skills. You will lead investigations, as needed.
- SYSTEMS: You will utilize our HRIS System, ADP Workforcenow and will maintain and optimize its use by reviewing for accuracy, identifying enhancements, and creating and conducting training and support for our users.
- DEVELOPMENT OF GUIDELINES, POLICIES AND PROCEDURES: You will be responsible for collaborating with others and developing guidelines, policies and procedures, as needed.
- ANALYZE: You will utilize HR metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- COMPLIANCE: You will stay abreast of local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations, ensuring our policies and procedures comply, as well implement and enforce HR policies consistently.
- BENEFITS: You will be responsible for administering or our benefits programs and coordinate with the annual design process.
- COLLABORATION: You will have the opportunity to interact both with internal and external resources at all levels to identify areas for improvement, brainstorm solutions and implement change.
- INITIATIVE: Ability to prioritize work and set realistic deadlines along with proactively communicating questions/concerns. Taking the lead in identifying areas for self-improvement, necessary education/training or new/additional responsibilities.
- ORGANIZATION: Organization of both your physical and digital workspaces, including email and file storage, calendaring and time management, task prioritization and meeting preparation.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Five (5) year experience in a Human Resources field is required.
- Experience with HRIS system, ADP Workforcenow experience is a must.
- COMMUNICATION: Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization. Bilingual Spanish is a requirement.

EDUCATION:
- High School Diploma. Associate's Degree and HR certification preferred.
