POSITION: iOS Lead Software Architect/Developer

LOCATION: Client Site, Horsham PA (Onsite 1-2 days per week)
COMPENSATION: The hourly rate is a maximum range of $100.00 to $115.00. This will annualize to an estimated range of $200,000 to $230,000 based on 40 hour work weeks and 50 of 52 working weeks per year. OT is payable at 1.5X base rate and will add to the overall compensation based on actual hours worked.
JOB DESCRIPTION/EXPERIENCE: iOS Lead Software Architect/Developer
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Software Architect/Developer to lead the end-to-end development of a new iOS mobile application designed for internal company use. This role requires someone who can manage the full software development lifecycle, from requirement gathering to deployment, while also providing technical mentorship to the development team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire software development process, including requirement gathering, design, architecture, development, testing, and deployment of the new iOS mobile application
- Evaluate and develop software solutions
- Create and manage project timelines, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and within scope
- Document development requirements
- Work closely with stakeholders across multiple organizational levels to gather requirements, provide demos, conduct testing, and ensure alignment with business goals
- Provide technical mentorship to other developers on the team, fostering a collaborative and productive environment
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a lead software architect or in a similar role for IOS or hybrid platforms
- Strong software development background
- Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS)
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to plan, track, and deliver projects on time
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience in mentoring and leading development teams
- Experience with chatbot development, NLP, and branching content
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Good Documentation skills
- Minimum experience 5 years required
