Job Description: The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance within the IT industry. As a Hybrid QA Tester, you will be responsible for manually testing software applications and utilizing automation tools like Playwright to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute both manual and automation test plans and test cases.
• Identify, document, and track software defects through both manual and automated testing methods.
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues and improve software quality.
• Review user interfaces for conformity, functionality, and user experience.
• Perform comprehensive testing across all functional areas, including manual functional testing and automation testing using Playwright.
• Conduct regression and performance testing using automation tools to ensure software stability and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with QA standards and guidelines in both manual and automated testing processes.
• Participate in requirement reviews, providing feedback on testability, quality considerations, and the integration of automation.
• Create and maintain detailed test documentation for both manual and automated tests.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies for requirement reviews, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc., with a focus on both manual and automation testing.
• Support troubleshooting and debugging efforts in both test and production environments.
• Validate that applications meet business process and system requirements through both manual and automated testing techniques.
• Work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a QA Tester or similar role in the IT industry, with expertise in both manual and automation testing.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and practices, with a focus on automation testing.
• Experience with Playwright or similar automation tools.
• Proficiency with test management tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or HP ALM.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated, critical, and creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Strong commitment to teamwork; demonstrated ability to foster a collaborative, team environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
