TeleMate, LLC has a position open for a software engineer to work on the advancement of our unified communication monitoring and analytics platform. The platform collects unified communication session activity from on-premise and cloud offerings that provide voice, video and collaboration services.

We are looking for a developer with experience in database-driven systems, developing and implementing diverse data analytic solutions to join our team.

Here's what you would be doing:

• Working with software engineering to design, develop, and implement data delivery and analytics solutions for customers
• Effectively interacting with project team members to ensure on time, high quality delivery of software releases
• Providing internal technical support on issues related to platform, data, on-boarding and testing
• Participating in code reviews and test case reviews
• Performing test cases and system test analysis on projects and other deliverables as assigned
• Interface with customers as needed to mitigate escalated technical incidents

Below are the skills that are required. Please note that these are MUST HAVE requirements:

• BS degree in Computer Science or related field with related work experience within software engineering or database management
• Minimum of 5 years of coding experience as a professional
• Strong object-oriented skills
• C++, C#, Go
• Microsoft SQL including packages, stored procedures, indexing and query optimization
• Experience with multi-threaded back-end data processing for large-scale SQL Server databases
• Strong Relational Database architecture & design experience, query optimization
• Experience in developing and deploying large scale data centric solutions
• Working knowledge of Statistical Analysis and AI
• Knowledge of unified communication technologies including Cisco, Microsoft, and others
