Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Manager/Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms and trends, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns. This role will involve managing our client's social media presence, creating content, engaging with our audience, and analyzing performance metrics to ensure our social media efforts align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Content Creation: Develop, curate, and manage high-quality content across all social media platforms, including written posts, images, videos, and graphics.
• Social Media Strategy: Plan, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads.
• Community Management: Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive community experience across all platforms.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, track, and analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other relevant software. Prepare regular reports to inform strategies and optimize performance.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all social media content aligns with our brand voice, style, and messaging.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, designers, video editors and other departments to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and brand messaging.
• Stay Updated: Keep up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and apply them to improve our social media presence.
• Paid Social Campaigns: Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns, including budget allocation, ad creation, and performance tracking.
Qualifications:
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in social media management, marketing, or related fields.
• Skills: Strong understanding of social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube), content creation, and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
• Creativity: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative content ideas.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Analytics: Proficiency in social media analytics and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Organization: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Education: A degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
