· Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software experience a plus
· Manage Online Reputation
· Comfortable using WordPress- Elementor
. Skilled in using MailChimp or Constant Contact
. Proficient in all social media platforms (Instagram/Facebook/LinkedIn/Twitter/Pinterest)*
. Experience in Canva a plus
. Skilled in Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, OneNote, OneDrive) & Adobe Acrobat

Job duties Include, but are not limited to:
· Overseeing social media platforms, which include social media strategy, graphic creations, content, & engagement*
· Assist with the needs of new and existing referring partners
· Data entry
· Calendar management
· Daily & weekly marketing reports
· Assist in the management of CRM Database
· Assist with marketing event planning and facilitation
· Marketing route gift bag cost out & creation
· Ordering marketing items and apparel
