**SIGN ON BONUS**

Ocala, Florida

We are looking for experienced PT's.

This is a world-class facility and we are looking for extraordinary therapists to help us make this the premiere IRF an Acute Care Hospital in central Florida.

Strive! Health and Rehabilitation is the provider of rehab services to West Marion Community Hospital and Ocala Regional Medical Center. You will therefore be working as an employee of a therapist-owned and operated company. We are a progressive, ethical, and well-respected company with a 38-year history in the region.

Strive! also owns 4 outpatient centers in the region.

Located in the heart of Florida's beautiful horse country. The Ocala area is a wonderful place to live, raise a family and enjoy year-round recreation.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Florida licensed

You must be an exceptional therapist - upbeat, happy by nature with great communication skills and a hunger for excellence.

Mandatory requirement to work 4 weekend days per month ($5.00/ hour weekend shift differential).
