As a Data Center Support Manager, you will be tasked with ensuring the smooth functioning of our data center infrastructure and resolving any technical issues that may arise.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the operations of the data center to ensure efficiency and smooth functioning.
• Managing the deployment of server racks and stacks in the data center.
• Ensuring the integrity and safety of data storage systems.
• Overseeing networking operations and maintaining networking equipment.
• Utilizing skills in Active Directory and Backup Technologies to manage and safeguard data.
• Conducting regular checks and maintenance of computer hardware in the data center.
• Implementing and managing data center technologies and operations.
• Ensuring all components in the data center, including racks, are properly installed and maintained.
• Monitoring the data center environment to prevent any potential issues or disruptions.
• Managing and implementing deployments in the data center to improve operational efficiency.• Must hold a minimum of 3 years of experience in a data center support role or similar position
• Proficiency in Active Directory is required
• Familiarity with Backup Technologies is necessary
• Knowledge of Computer Hardware is essential
• Experience in Deployments is needed
