Speech-Language Pathologist - 0.5 FTE | Virtual

Details:

• Part-time, 2024-2025 School Year
  • 20 hours per week
  • August 26th start date; End: June 2025
• Caseload: 6th grade and up -20 cases
• Hourly rate: $45-$50/hr paid weekly
  • Covers direct and indirect services
• This open role is an independent contractor position
• Liability insurance- professional and general, is required from the independent contractor

Duties:

• Provide remote evaluations, assessments, and diagnosis of speech, voice, hearing, and language impairments.
• Provide appropriate individualized programs of intervention to meet individual students needs in the areas of communication, language development, articulation, and social communication virtually.
• Collaborate remotely with teachers and other school staff to implement interventions.

Experience:

• Two years of previous experience in a school-based setting is required.

Certification:

• Nebraska Speech Language Pathologist License
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Up-to-date state clearances (fingerprints, TB testing if applicable, background check, etc.)
