LHH Recruitment Solutions’ (pka Parker+Lynch) is working with an Indy real estate developer on the northside looking for a Real Estate/Financial Analyst. This a newer role that will receive hands on training with experienced LIHTC developers.

Duties:

· Develop financial models and proforma financial projections

· Understand transaction structure and capitalization

· Research and analyze local markets

· Coordinate and perform business due diligence

· Prepare executive presentations and strategic business plans for development and acquisition opportunities.

· Monitoring market trends and tracking existing investments to support investment/divestment decisions

· Supporting the preparation of internal reporting documentation and tracking investment performance

· Maintain investment management platform including systemic and ad hoc investor relations reporting

Requirements:

· 1+ years’ progressive LIHTC related experience at a public accounting firm or real estate developer

· Excellent communication skills

· Great time management/prioritization skills

· Bachelors in Accounting or Finance

· CPA preferred

· Foundation in public accounting preferred
