Rapidly growing company seeks a Bookkeeper with strong QuickBooks experience. In this Bookkeeper role, you will assist with accounts receivable/payable, account reconciliation, journal entries, vendor management, job costing, compliance, cash flow analysis, manage employee benefits, account analysis, financial records, general ledger maintenance, assist with new hire documentation and forms, and basic administrative activities. The ideal individual will have strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures, excellent organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
Responsibilities
· Enter and process accounts payable/receivable
· Maintain general ledger
· Perform bank reconciliations
· Assist with payroll compliance/deductions
· Maintain internal file/record keeping system
· Post journal entries
· Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
· Prepare cash reports
· Spreadsheet Maintenance
· Light office support
The ideal Bookkeeper will preferably have a Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration.
Other requirements for the Bookkeeper role include and are not limited to:
· 5+ years of bookkeeping experience
· QuickBooks experience required
· Healthcare industry experience a plus
· Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
