Job Description: Soliant Health is seeking a talented and passionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team in Freeport.This full-time position involves working with a K-12th caseload, including some PreK students. The COTA will provide 1:1 therapy, assist with data collection, and work closely with the occupational therapist (OT) to implement individualized treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 occupational therapy sessions under the supervision of a licensed OT.
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Collect and document data on student progress and performance.
• Support students in developing fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student success.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for each student.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy Assisting from an accredited program
• Current COTA license in the state of New Hampshire
• Previous experience working with children, especially in a school setting, is preferred
• Strong munication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
