With a focus on creating memorable dining experiences, our scratch kitchen offers a fresh and innovative take on classic brunch dishes, served with a Southern twist. As the Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests receive exceptional service while maintaining high standards of quality and hospitality.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient service in a busy brunch environment.
• Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of staff, fostering a positive and energetic work atmosphere.
• Ensure all guests receive excellent service that reflects our commitment to hospitality and the local community of Charleston, SC.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and scheduling to optimize restaurant operations while controlling costs.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain the quality and consistency of our scratch-made dishes.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and increase repeat business.
