Minimum 1+ years Behavior Specialist experience required.
Sunbelt staffing has partnered with a school district nearEvans, GA to fill an opening for a school based RBT.
As a school behavior technician, you will play a vital role in providing behavioral support and implementing individualized intervention plans for students with special needs.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or licensed clinician.
- Provide behavioral support throughout the day to students with unique needs.
- Implement and carry out designated parts of the behavior plan.
- Work with students in a co inclusion, regular education classroom setting
- Collect data on student behavior and progress towards individualized goals.
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Collect data on student behaviors, analyze trends, and use this information to adjust and refine intervention strategies.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
RBT or ABA certification
Experience with behavioral disabilities
