The contractor would need to have experience with both Echo and Vascular studies they can't use someone who only does one or the other. 

Types of cases: Bubble Studies, Echo Studies (60-70% of the workload), and Vascular Studies (30-40% of the workload).  They do about 45-55 case per day.

Start date: 7/17, can accept some RTO

Duration: 8 or 13 weeks

Shift: Variable start time 7a-10a (will be working 5,8s or 4,10s). They would like them to be open to working every other weekend but will likely work less weekends than that.  No Holidays.  There would be some call (roughly 3-4 shifts per 6 weeks).  

Certification Requirements: ARDMS, BLS

EMR: Meditech

Scrub Color: Gray scrubs are provided

Facility will interview and offer same day, for submission we need resume, 1 ref, Relias and certification.

Gross Weekly Pay on 40 hours: $3,100

Base: $48.45/hr, OT/Call Back: $72.68/hr, Per Diem: $1,162, On Call: $6/hr
