The HubSpot Specialist will lead the creation and implementation of a comprehensive digital strategy, focusing on maximizing HubSpot's capabilities across the organization’s email, web, social media, and online advertising platforms. This role is critical in enhancing the organization's digital marketing efforts, with a primary focus on acquisition and retention through HubSpot. The HubSpot Specialist is responsible for optimizing and maintaining a compelling online presence that drives awareness, fosters trust, and motivates individuals to engage through donations, advocacy, and volunteering. Expertise in HubSpot, email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and web analytics is essential, as the Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing campaigns primarily through HubSpot. The role also involves delivering precise, real-time, actionable insights across all digital channels to inform decision-making within the department and across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute an integrated digital strategy leveraging HubSpot for email, web, social media, and online advertising.
- Optimize and maintain an engaging online experience through HubSpot to drive awareness and motivate audiences.
- Oversee and manage all HubSpot digital marketing efforts, including email campaigns, forms, landing pages, and data optimization.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team, including designers, writers, project managers, and internal clients.
- Provide accurate and actionable analysis of data across all digital channels using HubSpot and other analytics tools.
- Manage and execute email and web campaigns primarily through HubSpot, ensuring data-driven results and optimization.

Requirements:
Experience:
- 4+ years of strategic experience with HubSpot, inbound marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and data analytics.
- Proven extensive experience with HubSpot is essential.
- Expertise in email marketing within HubSpot is a must.
- Experience with WordPress and Google Analytics is a plus.
