Akkodis is seeking an ETL Informatica Developer for a Contract job with a client in Jersey City (Hybrid). Ideally looking for applicants with a solid background in ETL/Informatica and Preferably experience working on Financial services in the Global Market.

The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

ETL Informatica Developer Job Responsibilities:

  • Developing complex ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter.

  • Create data mapping to ingest data from disparate data sources ranging from flat files to RDMS, Hive, or REST APIs. Responsible for developing Unix scripting.

  • Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision.

  • Responsible to develop test cases and perform unit testing.

  • Must be able to interact and coordinate with a distributed team.

  • Must have good communication skills.

  • Responsible for providing regular task status updates to the management.

  • Technically strong in Informatica Power Center.

  • Technically strong in performance tuning of targets, sources, mappings, and SQL queries.

  • Conceptually good in PL/SQL, Functions, writing complex SQLs, and creating and exposing views/materialized views.

  • Strong in UNIX commands and Scripting.

  • Good in MuleSoft Integration.

  • Strong experience in Functional, ETL DB testing.

  • Working Knowledge of Defect management process.

  • Agile tools (Jira/Rally) experience is a must

  • Strong competency in requirement analysis, prioritizing tasks, identifying risks

  • Highly motivated, able to work independently to lead a team of onshore-offshore

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to change.

Desired Skills:

Source control repository - SVN/BitBucket, Continuous Build integration tools (IBM UBuild/Jenkins, IBM UDeploy/Ansible)
Expertise in automation using TOSCA is a plus.
Proficiency in MuleSoft tools is desired.

Pay Details: $60.00 to $65.00 per hour
