Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the planning and execution of audit engagements, ensuring they are conducted in accordance with the latest professional standards.
- Act as the primary liaison between the firm and clients, managing expectations and ensuring satisfaction.
- Review audit workpapers and financial statements for completeness and accuracy.
- Mentor and develop audit staff through direct coaching and overseeing their professional development.
- Lead discussions and presentations at client meetings and board presentations.
Job Details
- Primarily oversee audit engagements supplemented by some review and compilation
engagement oversight
- Special consideration will be given to those candidates who have a specific
specialization, such as governmental auditing, business valuation certification, etc.
- Oversee and assist with staff development through direct on the job coaching
