Volt is immediately hiring for a Tax Manager in Mount Arlington, NJ.
As a Tax Manager, you will:
This is a full time, direct hire opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have:
Salary: $110,000 - $170,000 per year.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.

Volt is immediately hiring for a Tax Manager in Mount Arlington, NJ.
As a Tax Manager, you will:
- Review, and analyze individual, trust, gift, partnership, and corporate tax returns
- Communicate directly with clients regarding tax returns and other tax related issues
- Research and advise on client tax questions
- Plan for and identify tax saving opportunities for business clients and owners
- Display skill, judgement, initiative, and attention to detail and independently handle multiple assignments
- Manage and facilitate IRS and state tax audits
- Suggest innovating solutions for process improvement using best practices
- Manage and mentor staff of 5-10
This is a full time, direct hire opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Public accounting firm experience required
- CPA license preferred
- Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 5 years experience with a public accounting firm
- Real Estate or Non Profit tax experience preferred, not mandatory
- Interested in becoming Partner within firm
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and tax prep software
Salary: $110,000 - $170,000 per year.
