**Job Description:**

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Physical Therapist to join our team for the 23/24 extended school year in Greenfield, MA. The ideal candidate will work closely with students, teachers, and parents to provide specialized physical therapy services, helping students achieve their educational and developmental goals.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement individualized physical therapy plans for students.
- Collaborate with educators and other professionals to support students' physical and academic needs.
- Conduct assessments and adjust therapy plans as necessary.
- Document progress and maintain accurate records.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals.

**Qualifications:**

- Licensed Physical Therapist in Massachusetts.
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred.
- Strong munication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
