We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Plant Finance Manager based in Senatobia, Mississippi. This individual will primarily oversee all aspects of the plant's financial operations, including Profit & Loss (P& L) and balance sheet management, standard costing, expense control, and operational and financial analysis. This role falls within the manufacturing industry, with a particular focus on the production of breakers for large data centers.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage all aspects of the plant's P& L and balance sheet
• Implement standard costing techniques and analyze variances to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Manage expense control measures to optimize the plant's financial performance
• Conduct financial planning and analysis to guide strategic decision-making
• Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure financial compliance and integrity
• Conduct operational and financial analysis to identify trends, forecast future performance, and inform management decisions
• Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track the plant's financial health
• Collaborate closely with operations team to align financial and operational objectives
• Utilize accounting software systems, such as SAP and Power BI, to streamline financial operations and reporting
• Oversee the accounting functions including accounts payable and annual budget processes.• Demonstrated proficiency in Accounting Software Systems, Eaton, Epicor, SAP, and Power BI.
• Extensive knowledge of Accounting Functions such as Accounts Payable (AP), Annual Budget, Auditing, and Budget Processes.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role or in the field of finance.
• Experience in Electronic Manufacturing, Manufacturing, Manufacturing Costs, and Manufacturing Cost Accounting.
• Ability to develop and manage financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Demonstrates a high level of integrity and professionalism.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification is preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and legislation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
