Join our dedicated team and support a diverse caseload of K-12 students, focusing primarily on PreK/Elementary levels with occasional Middle and High school involvement.

Position: Occupational Therapist (OT)
Location: Pine City, MN

Details:

• Role: Full-time (Part-time options available)
• Duration: July 2024 - June 2025
• Caseload: K-12 students (Predominantly PreK/Elem, with Middle and High school inclusion)
• Setting: In-home visits and travel required
• Support: Work closely with a collaborative team of 3 full-time OTs
• Mileage Reimbursement: Provided for travel expenses

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments and formulate personalized treatment plans
• Implement effective therapeutic interventions to enhance student functional capabilities
• Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and fellow therapists to facilitate student progress
• Maintain detailed documentation of student achievements and modify strategies as needed
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting processes

Requirements:

• Valid OT licensure in Minnesota
• Experience or readiness to work with a diverse student population
• Willingness to conduct in-home visits and school-based consultations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for promoting student independence and occupational performance
