Soliant is excited to collaborate with a school district in the scenic Fort Leavenworth, Kansas area as we seek a dedicatedRegistered Behavior Technician (RBT). This rewarding opportunity allows you to make a significant impact on students lives while working within a supportive educational environment.

What We Offer:

• petitive pensation:Earn between $22 and $30 per hour.
• Full School Year:This position spans the entire academic year.
• Consistent Schedule:Youll work 32 hours per week.
• 1:1 Support:Work directly with a student in the classroom, implementing behavior intervention strategies.
• Paraprofessional Assistance:Collaborate with a paraprofessional who is available to provide additional support.

Requirements:

• Active BACB License:You must be actively licensed as an RBT.
• Experience or Training:We wele both well-trained and experienced behavior technicians.

Your Role:As an RBT, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing direct support to the student, following behavior plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
• Collecting data on student behavior and progress.
• Assisting with skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
• Collaborating with teachers, paraprofessionals, and other professionals to create a positive learning environment.
