**Job Description:**
Estes Park School District is seeking a dedicated and passionate Special Education Teacher for the 2024-2025 school year. The ideal candidate will provide individualized instruction, develop IEPs, and collaborate with educators and parents to support students with special needs.

**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Deliver tailored instruction to meet diverse learning needs
- Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and support staff
- Monitor and report on student progress

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field
- Colorado teaching certification in Special Education
- Experience with IEP development and implementation
- Strong munication and collaboration skills
