Soliant Health is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join a school district near Griswold, CT. This part-time position offers a chance to make a meaningful impact on students' lives while working within a supportive educational munity.

• Develop and implement individualized physical therapy plans for students
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' physical therapy needs
• Provide direct physical therapy services to students
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' physical goals
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided
• Travel between three school buildings within the district as needed

• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Connecticut
• Experience working with PreK-12th grade students is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and munication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively

• Dates: August 2024 - June 2025
• Part-time: 14.5 hours per week (2 days per week)
• Caseload: Approximately 12-15 students, PreK-12th grade, across three buildings
