Full-Time BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)

Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced BCBA to join our team in Kansas City, MO, for the 2024-2025 school year. This full-time position involves working with both middle school and elementary students across two campuses. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting behavior programs and making a positive impact on students' educational experiences.

Position Details:

• Start Date: August 13, 2024 (or as soon as the hiring process is pleted)
• End Date: June 5, 2025
• Days and Hours per Week: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM (7.5-hour workday, following school hours)
• Certification/License Requirements: Consideration given to various certifications, including:
  • Missouri State Teacher Certification (Mild/Moderate Cross-Categorical K-12 or other special education certifications)
  • Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis and Exceptional Child Autism
  • Bachelor of Science in Special Education
• Experience Level: Open to various levels of experience
• Caseload Size/Grade Levels Covered: Support programs for both middle school and elementary levels
• Number of Campuses Assigned & Location: 2 campuses within the Kansas City area
• Primary Duties: Implementing and managing behavior intervention programs and strategies to support student success
