Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for a school-based position in Carol Stream, Illinois. The SLPA will provide speech and language therapy services to an early childhood caseload under the supervision of licensed Speech-Language Pathologists.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language assessments.
• Implement therapy programs based on individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver therapy services to students within a school environment.
• Maintain detailed records of student progress and collaborate closely with supervising SLPs.
• Work in tandem with educators and support staff to address students' communication needs.

Qualifications:

• Valid Illinois SLPA license.
• Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences or a related field.
• Effective communication and strong teamwork skills.
• A passion for helping students develop their speech and language abilities.
