Job Details:

Start: Aug. 5, 2024
End: May 30, 2025 + Summer work!
Age of students: High school and transition students (18 - 22 years old)
Sites: 2 sites
Disabilities: Most of the students who qualify OT services will be students with autism, ED and ID.
Caseload#: 30 students
Full time hours, 37.5or so hours per week M-F

pay rate: $43-50

Requirements:

• A master's degree in occupational therapy (OT) from an accredited program.
• You must be licensed to practice as an occupational therapist in the state where you intend to work. This usually involves passing the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) exam and meeting any state-specific requirements for licensure.
• Some school districts may require additional certification beyond state licensure. This could include certification in school-based occupational therapy or specific training related to working in educational settings.
• Previous experience working in a pediatric or school-based setting
• Background checks, fingerprinting, and other clearances
