Job Description: We are actively seeking a Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our enthusiastic team in Borger, TX. This vital role involves delivering high-quality speech therapy services to students in a vibrant school setting. The successful candidate will be instrumental in assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech and language disorders, enhancing the educational experiences of our students.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose students with speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to the needs of each student.
• Collaborate with educational staff, parents, and other professionals to create an integrated approach to student therapy.
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing expert recommendations and reports.
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field.
• Current Texas state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred.
• Experience in a school setting is highly beneficial.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, faculty, and parents.
