Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Overview: Soliant Health is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in the North Highlands, California area. As a Speech Language Pathologist with Soliant Health, you will have the opportunity to positively impact the lives of individuals with munication disorders. Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Certificate of Clinical petence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), or eligibility to obtain CCC
• California state licensure or eligibility for licensure
• Previous experience working as a Speech Language Pathologist in a school setting is preferred
• IEP experience preferred but not required
• Experience with AAC devices

Responsibilities:

• Conduct prehensive evaluations to assess patients' munication and swallowing disorders
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals
• Implement evidence-based therapy techniques to improve patients' speech, language, cognition, and swallowing skills
• Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure coordinated care
• Provide education and support to patients, families, and caregivers
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outes
