Soliant Health is working with a well-established pharmacy in Norwich, NY, that is seeking to hire a full-time pharmacist. Hours: Options include either 4x10 or 4x12 schedules (e.g., 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM)
Schedule: Variable, with some evening shifts required

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the supervising pharmacist or Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC)
• Ensure pliance with all federal, state, and board of pharmacy regulations, as well as pany policies
• Oversee the entire pharmacy operation to achieve financial objectives, including budgeting, payroll, third-party administration, scheduling, and inventory management
• Participate in business development activities within the store and the local munity
• Manage pharmacy support staff, including conducting performance evaluations
• Guide and train pharmacy associates to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and pany policies
• Ensure all pharmacy staff plete the required pany training
• Participate in patient-focused services, including immunizations, Medication Therapy Management (MTM), and wellness programs
• Counsel patients and healthcare providers on drug usage, dosages, interactions, and side effects, while monitoring patient health to ensure pliance and optimize therapies
• Maintain and contribute to continuous quality improvement programs aimed at patient safety
• Provide exemplary service using professional judgment within the scope of the pharmacist's practice
• Keep the workstation and pharmacy department organized, clean, and up to pany standards
• plete continuing education as required by state law
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management

Ideal Candidate:

• Valid NY Pharmacist License
• Immunization Certification (Required)
• Must be fortable administering all vaccines (Required)

Salary: $62/hr - $65/hr
