Soliant Healthis seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team in Decorah, IA. This is an excellent opportunity for a Pharmacy Manager looking for a temporary or temp-to-hire role, with the possibility of a permanent position. The ideal candidate will have experience in long-term care and be willing to obtain their Iowa Pharmacy License.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all pharmacy operations within the long-term care setting.
• Ensure pliance with state and federal regulations.
• Lead and supervise pharmacy staff, ensuring high standards of care.
• Provide clinical services, including medication therapy management (MTM) and other related duties.
• Manage inventory, budgeting, and workflow efficiency.
• Maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, staff, and patients.

Ideal Candidate:

• Active Iowa Pharmacy License (or willingness to obtain one).
• PharmD or MTM Certification preferred.
• Must have prior experience as a Pharmacy Manager or Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC).
• Strong leadership skills and experience in long-term care settings.

Schedule:

• Day shifts with rotating weekends.
