Essential Job Functions:
Implement assessments, complete reports, and progress summaries for behavioral interventions.
Design, implement, and monitor individualized programming and behavior intervention plans.
Mentor and oversee RBTs and Behavior Technicians; provide supervision and fieldwork experience hours.
Conduct caregiver training sessions via telehealth and in-clinic.
Maintain documentation for reimbursement and review by families.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in meetings, trainings, and mentorship.
Requirements:
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and BCBA or BCBA-D certification in good standing.
Experience with children with autism and desire to work in an interdisciplinary environment.
Commitment to evidence-based, trauma-free services and mentoring RBTs and aspiring BCBA's.
