Soliant Health is seeking five qualified Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for positions at a school district near Alief, TX. These full-time roles are set to begin on August 12, 2024, and will continue through May 26, 2025. The positions involve working across two PreK centers and three elementary schools, with a caseload of 30-34 students per PreK center.

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and munication disorders in students.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs.
• Provide direct therapy services to students, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress.
• Monitor and document student progress, making necessary adjustments to therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and other relevant school-based meetings.

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Valid Texas SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure prior to the start date.
• Experience working with PreK and elementary students is preferred.
• Strong munication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
