Favorite Healthcare Staffing is looking for an experienced Direct Service Provider for a contract in Hillsboro, OR! This assignment is for up to 13 weeks and ideal candidates will have at least 6 months of recent experience as a Direct Service Provider.

Direct Service Provider Position Details:
 • Contract Length: up to 13 Weeks
 • Location: Hillsboro, OR
 • Facility Type: Direct Care
 • Shift & Schedule: Full-Time, 12 Hour Days

Pay Details:
 • Hourly Pay Range (Local Contract): up to $24 per Hour

Direct Service Provider Requirements:
 • Must have 6 months of recent Direct Service Provider / Direct Support Professional experience br> • Valid driver’s license required
 • Current BLS Certification required
