Detailed Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of student progress and behavioral data, facilitating informed decision-making and ongoing evaluation of intervention outcomes.
Requirements:
RBT Certification: Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is required, along with a background in BACB accredited RBT training.
Experience and Skills: Prior experience working with children with special needs is advantageous, along with strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
