Are you a dedicated and compassionate RN looking for a fulfilling role in a dynamic, supportive environment? Kettering Health is seeking experienced Medical ICU Registered Nurses to join our exceptional team in Dayton, Ohio.

Shift: Days and Nights available – full-time

Salary: $32-47/hour based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill patients in the Medical ICU.

· Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing and adjusting treatment plans as needed.

· Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes.

· Educate patients and families about care plans and health management.

· Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient progress and care.

Qualifications:

· Active unencumbered RN license in Ohio or compact license.

· Minimum of 1 years of ICU experience preferred.

· Strong clinical skills and critical thinking abilities.

· Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
