Based in Grand Rapids, we are a well-established and growing developer/builder that specializes in multifamily construction. This includes both ground-up and renovations, with projects typically ranging from $5-15M in value size.

Due to growth, we are hiring a Project Manager.

Job Details

MUST HAVE
+ Experience as a Project Manager at a construction company
+ Experience with multifamily construction
