Position: Paraprofessional
Type: Full-Time

• Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans.
• Work with students one-on-one or in small groups.
• Support students with special needs or learning challenges.
• Help maintain a positive and organized classroom environment.
• Provide assistance with classroom management as directed by the teacher.
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to meet student needs.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive atmosphere for all students.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
• Experience working with children or in educational settings desirable.
• Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience and compassion in working with students.

• Pay ranges between $24-$30/hr based on experience.
