Job Description
Job Title: Social Worker
Location: Washington, DC
Duration: 3 months with possible extension

Unit: Psych
Shift: DAYS - 8HR: (Mon-Fri: 8:30am- 5pm with possible Nights and Weekends. On-Call As Needed)

Job Requirements:
  • Master’s degree in social work, Psychology, or related discipline from an accredited graduate school.
  • A Graduate Clinical Licensure in District of Columbia required (LGPC/LPC).
  • Minimum one to two years’ experience in delivery of direct clinical services in a behavioural health setting; some portion of which must have included treatment of substance use and Trauma conditions.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of hospital systems, including intake/admission procedures, experience working with third party payers preferred, but not required.
  • Experience in outpatient, inpatient and partial hospital work preferred.
