Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Haysville, Kansas. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive speech and language services to students, helping them achieve their full academic potential. This position involves assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of students' speech and language abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on students' needs.
• Provide direct therapy services to students with speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' educational goals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of students' progress and therapy sessions.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input for goal setting and progress monitoring.
• Stay informed about current research and best practices in speech-language pathology.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Current Kansas State License in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
• Kansas State Department of Education (KSDE) licensure for Speech-Language Pathologists.
• Experience working in a school setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team.

Required Licensure and Certifications:

• Kansas State License in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
• Kansas State Department of Education (KSDE) Speech-Language Pathologist License.
