Click Here to Learn More About Radial (https://www.radial.com/) **Role Summary:** The WMS Integration Lead will play a key role in configuring, testing, and supporting client onboarding for our fulfillment technology solutions including WMS, TMS, MHE, and reporting platforms across a growing network of multi-tenant fulfillment centers. This role will also focus on ensuring seamless data and process integrations between client ERP systems, middleware platforms such as Pipe17, and fulfillment systems to enable efficient end-to-end operations. This role supports the full lifecycle from solution design through launch and post-go-live support, partnering with operations, and client integration teams. The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on experience with WMS configuration and testing, SQL, JavaScript, and JSON, and is comfortable managing both technical integrations and operational readiness. Experience with NetSuite integration is a strong plus. We're seeking a detail-oriented, analytical problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and can translate business and technical requirements into scalable, tested, and reliable fulfillment solutions. **Responsibilities:** + Participating in client specific cross functional team launch design review and solutioning, insuring alignment to fulfillment technology products capabilities and roadmap initiatives + Collaborating with client and integration teams to define and validate critical data mappings for order, item, receipt, inventory, return, and fulfillment data between the client's ERP systems and WMS, ensuring accurate and seamless end-to-end integration throughout the launch process. + Working with clients to develop launch-specific testing plans for both unit-level and integrated end-to-end scenarios, including identifying and reviewing any custom integration requirements in collaboration with the appropriate internal teams. + Collaborating with transportation teams to identify and validate the in-scope carriers and service levels through configuration and testing. + Support configuration of WMS/TMS/MHE systems at fulfillment centers to ensure client-specific requirements are accurately implemented. + Provide on-site support for key launch milestones, ensuring seamless transitions from testing to operations. + Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance test efficiency, configuration accuracy, and overall launch readiness. + Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and drive process enhancements to optimize system performance, integration quality, and operational efficiency. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Systems, Engineering, or a related field. + 4+ years of experience with WMS configuration, testing, and integration, including hands-on work with SQL, JavaScript, and JSON. + Strong background in WMS implementation and operations across Retail, B2B, and E-commerce environments. + NetSuite integration experience strongly preferred. + Proven ability to assess data workflows and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement. + Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear operational actions. + Execution-focused, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. + Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams, mentor peers, and drive accountability through influence. **Travel:** + This position is remote. + Travel is required 50%. **Benefits:** + Opportunities to develop and explore career advancement + Competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, paid life insurance and disability, employer HSA funding + Family planning coverage, including Fertility & Adoption benefits + 401K matching after 6 months with immediate vesting + Generous PTO + Educational assistance and more!
