Our customer is looking for a a number of commercial service techs to add to their team. These individuals must be able to replace 5 3G radios per day. They must also be able to troubleshoot issues for customers if there are service calls as well.

1. 3-6 years of installation and programming experience with commercial burg equipment;, Burg – Honeywell, DMP, and Bosch; Fire experience is a NICE TO HAVE; NOT MUST HAVE – Silent Knight, Firelight, Bosch (plus for this) must have experience with Compass (Honeywell) and RPS (Bosch) program interface system.
2. 2-6 years of experience troubleshooting issues to commercial burglar alarms
3. must have good communication and customer service skills

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Minimum of High School Diploma / Vocational Training.
Mastery knowledge of trouble shooting commercial intrusion systems; fire is a plus but not must-have
Must have a working knowledge to full understanding of local / national codes.
Mastery knowledge of test equipment, such as multimeters, battery analyzers and decibel meters.
Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to clear a drug screening.
