Day to Day:

• As a teacher, your day-to-day responsibilities would involve planning and delivering engaging lessons that align with state standards. You’ll create a positive and inclusive classroom environment, assess student progress through assignments and tests, and maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and behavior. Collaboration with parents, colleagues, and administrators is essential, as is your commitment to professional development and individualized student support. Additionally, you’ll adapt and create instructional materials while dedicating time beyond classroom hours for planning and meetings. 

***Compensation: $38k to 47k

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
