The Quality & Food Safety Manager will:

  • Oversee raw materials and processes to ensure quality, food safety and regulatory standards are met.
  • Lead and develop quality programs, documentation and coordination.
  • Manage team of QA technicians, implement HACCP and GMP protocols and lead staff on food safety practices.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to best combat quality issues and support product recalls.

The Quality & Food Safety Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Microbilogy, Food Safety, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in food manufacturing environment, 3+ overseeing a team.
  • Concrete knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, quality systems and regulatory compliance.
  • Solid management skills, communication and problem solving techniques.
